🚇Transportation
① From Diamond Hill Station, take the 96R bus (service available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

② From Sai Kung Pier, take the 94 bus (daily service).

③ From Sha Tin Central Bus Terminus, take the 289R bus (daily service).
(It is recommended to use GOOGLE MAP for route planning.)

Requires application for restricted area permit)** Parking spaces: Metered parking available. (However, since most boat trips are half-day/full-day activities, there is a chance of getting a ticket.)

🚿Shower Facilities
Wong Shek Pier has restrooms, and there is also the Jockey Club Wong Shek Water Sports Centre nearby where you can shower.

🔒Locker Storage
There's no locker storage, it is advised to keep valuable items with you.

Tour Time Session

We operate this tour every day with three sessions:

① 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

② 12:30 PM – 02:30 PM

③ 03:00PM – 05:00 PM

However, please note that if wind and wave conditions are unfavorable, we may need to cancel the tour. The best time to visit is between May and October, when the weather is typically more pleasant for outdoor activities.

Tour Price

Our tour price is HKD 480 per person, and this rate applies to all ages. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult during the tour, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Travelers from different countries can pay by credit card or opt for bank transfer, as we have other international bank accounts available. For bank transfers, the exchange rate will be based on the current rate.

Port Island snorkeling tour is beginner-friendly! The whole journey would be guided by our coach with speedboat transfer to the beach. As long as you have no mobility issues, anyone can participate!

  • Yellowtail Clownfish

    While snorkelling in Tai Wan Bay on Port Island, you might spot the vibrant Yellowtail Clownfish. These small fish, with bright orange bodies and white stripes, dart among the coral formations, showcasing their playful nature and adding a splash of color to the underwater world.

  • Brain Coral

  • Moon Coral

    Moon Coral, also known as Favia Coral, is a vibrant stony coral found in warm, tropical waters. It forms large, dome-shaped colonies with colors ranging from green to bright red and orange. Moon Coral thrives in bright light conditions and is relatively hardy.

Introducing Tai Wan in Port Island

Located on Port Island, Tai Wan Bay is an idyllic destination for snorkelling enthusiasts. This picturesque inner bay provides a sheltered and serene environment, perfect for exploring the vibrant marine life.

As an official coral area designated by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD), Tai Wan Bay is one of the six protected coral sites in Hong Kong, and the only one not located in Sai Kung. To preserve the coral ecosystem, it is designated as a no-anchoring area, ensuring the delicate balance of this marine habitat remains intact.

The bay's unique setting and conservation efforts make it an ideal spot for discovering the beauty of Hong Kong's coral communities.
